They were a delight to work with, responded immediately to a quote request and communicated well throughout the process. During the loading process they were cautious and mindful to not cause any interior damage to the apartment and well as being gentle with moving the items down the stairwell. They paid attention to the details and made sure our belongings were properly loaded into the POD to avoid shifting or damaged during transit. It took a couple times of rearranging items to get that proper fit. We were very pleased with the company, the friendly and knowledgeable crew they sent and the overall job they did. I believe in reviews, BBB ratings, etc. I found Milestone, liked the reviews I read, called and booked them to pack a 3 bedroom home into PODs. The crew consisted of the owner and 2 of his employees. No day laborers who were unexperienced, but actual true movers. They were courteous, efficient, skilled, and did an outstanding job securing the loads in the containers.
